The course Developing Leadership skills highlights the key elements of a leader. It shows you how to discover these elements in yourself. Managing people and every day life presents certain challenges. We teach solutions.
This program also includes a 3 day Sailing trip in the UK. Whilst aboard a training sail boat with Captain and Crew, you will demonstrate and practice the necessary skill set for Leadership.
