What are the Criteria for Leadership & Management funding?

There are 5 questions to ask you:

1. Is the organisation registered or based in London?

2. Have you lived in the EU for 3 years or longer?

3. Do you employ between 5 and 249 staff?

4. Do you have a strategic role in the growth of the company?

5. You have not accessed Train to Gain Leadership & Management fund in the past?

Should the answer to these questions be ‘yes’ then you should qualify for funding for your Leadership & Management course.

How do I find out about funding?

We can advise you whether you will be eligible for Train to Gain funding and assist in the process with a dedicated consultant.

How do I access funding?

Global Security & IT will work with you to identify the right training and other skills solutions to drive your business forward. Part of our role and the skills broker from Train to Gain’s role e is to provide you with advice on funding your training. Together we will be able to help you identify and apply for any available sources of funding, from both Train to Gain and a range of other sources.

What is the difference between the static & Patrol officer and the Door Supervisor?

The Door supervisor can work in a licenced and unlicensed building while the static patrol officer can only work in an unlicenced building.

Note: A licensed building is any venue or premises that is licenced to sell alchohol.

When will I get my results?

For online exams candidates receive results on completion of exams. Paper exams will take 10 Working days. An additional 2 days is required to receive your certificate.

Where is training located?

Training takes place as per your confirmation letter.

How do I enrol for courses?

You must call or book online. Payment must be received 48 hrs in advance to guarantee a reservation.

Registration takes place on the first day of the scheduled course. You will be required to bring 3 passport pictures and should have made complete payment before attending.

Payment FAQs

How do I order & pay for Training ?

We offer secure online credit card facilities to all customers who wish to order online with their credit cards. To help prevent fraud goods ordered on our site are only sent to the card holders billing address. As we specialise in Corporate and Trade sales you are also able to place your official order online subject to status. When selecting your payment method simply select Purchase Order/Official Order and we will send your order on account and you can pay via an invoice.

Official Orders and Purchase Orders

We accept official orders and purchase orders from government bodies and account customers by fax.

When will my Certificates be delivered?

We aim to provide all customers with their orders accompanying training within the shortest possible period.

All certificates are sent either via a courier service or Recorded post and will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are out when delivery is attempted and you are unable to collect the goods from us, you may have to pay for a re-delivery.

If I have a problem what should I do?

We aim to provide all customers with a speedy service but should you have a problem you can contact us in a number of ways. You can email us with your query at sales@gs-ltd.co.uk or contact customer services.
